On the 28th of May it's Burger Day. Well, officialy it's National Burger Day in the United States, but we decided to make it international from now on, why not share the fun? :-) As it happens to be, it's also Brisket Day on the same day, the 28th of May. So to not overeat and have both a burger and some slices of brisket, we thought of doing a combined Brisket Burger Day! Just the thought of this makes our mouths water, yummie!
